Great turnout this month! We tried a new type of steel target this month. Many thanks to Bubba and Robert for building them and letting me use them for the Rimfire shooters.

I am really liking this monthly competition. I would join the club if you were all still accepting... but after some reading the May newsletter,
1. The club will not be accepting any new membership applications with safety briefing dates later than 4-26-2011 (tonight). This will be the last safety briefing of the year.
it appears that I'll be waiting a while.
No matter, it'll give me some good practice for when my name on the score sheet really matters
David, I'll still help out whenever and where ever I can. Just as a reminder, one of the galleries needs a 3 amp fuse.

Evin, you are still welcome to come on out to the shoots as my guest. Amy can attend too. Ladies and juniors shoot for free! Thanks for all your help this month. The galleries are all repaired now, broken fuse holder on one and blown fuse on the other.
On June 11, I am going to attend the Shotgun shoot at 9:00. Any kind of shotgun works, double barrel, pump, semi-auto. I hear about two boxes of ammo are needed. If you have a 20 gauge, I have plenty. I think I also have some 12 gauge somewhere. You need target loads, something with #7.5 or #8 shot.
I'm taking lunch to refuel between the shoots. At the "Sampler Shoot" a few of the shotgunners said they were going to do the same and then do the Rimfire.
