What specifically do we need volunteers for? What jobs/responsabilities are needed.

Sometimes projects just pop up. I would like to put together a list of voluteers . I will do that.

Well I don't get burnout I just get soft on the brain...
We have a great group of guys that help out with Tactical so I really don't have to much about getting some help... Sometimes I try to get there a little earlier because everyone is so gung ho to help out and I don't have the shoots plan and flow in my head yet... That way I can have a little time to do some plinking or relax and figure out what we are going to do with the shoots...
As for work party's I'm all for that so long as there is a solid plan... I'm not good on keeping dates straight I just have way to much going on to keep track of everything so in respect to the club my focus is on tactical and my other responsibilities for CSC...
So that being said I'm sure our Range Master will pop in and let us know some upcoming dates for clean up etc...
