In response to All guests signing a liability release form every time they come to the range, is it possible to have a downloadable current version of the liability release form on the website?

Reasons:
1) It will cut down prep time for shoot chairpersons.
2) It will reduce the number of copies the chairperson has to carry.
3) Yes, xerox copies are relatively cheap, but if a guest would like to spend a few extra cents on printing their own copy out of the goodness of their hearts, why not give them the opportunity?
4) Server space is negligible for the document storage (and I don't believe the site gets that much traffic to see any spikes in bandwidth).
5) Chairpersons or members will have access to a fresh copy in case they run out, and need to make a new personal master copy.


Further, how is a member to get a liability sheet to the board (or other appropriate officer) after the guest has signed it? Would a scanned PDF/TIFF/JPG emailed to someone be appropriate? Wouldn't be difficult to set up an email address for the general members to email these documents to.

As far as having forms available on the website that's something we need to touch on... I'm not sure if they want forms available to the general public...
